Welcome to MotoProtekt! These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of our Paint Protection Film (PPF) products. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Product Use & Installation
• MotoProtekt Paint Protection Film is designed to protect vehicle surfaces from minor scratches, stone chips, and environmental contaminants.
• Proper installation by a trained professional is recommended for optimal performance. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
• The film may require periodic maintenance. Cleaning instructions should be followed to maintain its effectiveness.
2. Warranty & Liability
• Our PPF products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (details available upon request).
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper installation or removal.
• Accidents, misuse, or negligence.
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme weather, or improper maintenance.
• MotoProtekt is not liable for any damages to the vehicle’s paint, clear coat, or other surfaces due to improper installation or removal of the film.
3. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are subject to our Return Policy (available on our website).
• Installed, cut, or custom PPF kits are non-returnable.
• Refunds will only be issued for approved returns that meet our return policy criteria.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed within [X] business days and shipped via selected carriers. Delivery times may vary based on location.
• MotoProtekt is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must inspect their orders upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
